1. 适用范围

本政策适用于 Microsoft Edge 和其他兼容 Chromium 浏览器中的“浮笺 Floating Notes”扩展。浮笺用于在网页和受支持的视频页面上创建本地悬浮笔记。

2. 扩展访问的信息

• 用户创建的内容：笔记标题、富文本内容、笔记创建与更新时间。
• 网页上下文：当前网页标题和网址，用于默认笔记标题，以及用户主动插入或关联网页来源时使用。
• 视频上下文：当用户点击时间戳功能时，读取当前页面中可识别 HTML5 视频的播放时间。
• 本地设置：语言、窗口位置与大小、主题、背景和文字透明度、字号、折叠状态等偏好。
• 文件夹授权：用户主动选择本地文件夹后，由浏览器管理相应的文件访问授权。

3. 信息的用途

上述信息仅用于提供便签显示、自动保存、多篇笔记管理、网页来源、视频时间戳、个性化显示、本地导出、备份和用户授权的 Markdown 文件夹同步。扩展不会读取密码输入框内容，也不会为了广告或用户画像分析网页正文。

4. 数据的保存与传输

笔记和设置默认保存在浏览器提供的本地扩展存储中。只有在用户主动导出或授权文件夹后，数据才会写入用户选择的本地位置。扩展不要求账户，不连接开发者运营的同步服务器，也不会把笔记、网页标题、网址或视频时间戳上传给发布者或第三方。

5. 分享、出售与广告

发布者不出售、出租或共享用户数据，不使用这些数据投放广告、进行信用评估或建立跨网站行为画像。扩展不包含第三方广告 SDK 或分析 SDK。

6. 权限说明

• storage：保存笔记和设置。
• unlimitedStorage：降低长期、多篇富文本笔记因默认容量限制而无法保存的风险。
• scripting：在受支持网页中按用户操作加载扩展自带的悬浮便签脚本。
• <all_urls>：让便签可用于普通网页，并在用户使用相应功能时读取当前标题、网址和可识别视频的播放时间。

受浏览器安全策略限制，扩展无法在 edge:// 页面、扩展商店、新标签页及其他受保护页面中运行。

7. 用户控制与删除

用户可以在扩展中删除笔记、导出当前 Markdown、导出全部 JSON 备份，或者通过扩展设置清除本地数据。卸载扩展通常会删除浏览器为扩展保存的本地数据；已经由用户导出或同步到本地文件夹的文件不会被自动删除，需要用户自行管理。

8. 数据安全与保留

扩展通过浏览器提供的本地存储和文件授权机制保存数据。数据会保留到用户主动删除、清除扩展数据或卸载扩展为止。任何本地文件都同时受到用户设备、系统账户和文件夹权限的保护状况影响。

9. 儿童隐私

扩展并非专门面向儿童设计，不会主动收集年龄或身份信息。

10. 政策更新与联系

Floating Notes Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Floating Notes browser extension for Microsoft Edge and other compatible Chromium browsers. The extension provides a local floating notebook on webpages and supported video pages.

2. Information accessed

• User-created content: note titles, rich-text content, and creation or update times.
• Page context: the current page title and URL for a default note title and when the user explicitly inserts or associates the current page.
• Video context: the playback time of a detectable HTML5 video when the user invokes a timestamp feature.
• Local settings: language, window position and size, theme, background and text opacity, font size, and collapsed state.
• Folder authorization: a browser-managed file permission after the user explicitly selects a local folder.

3. How information is used

The information is used only to display and autosave notes, manage multiple notes, add page sources and video timestamps, apply display preferences, export or back up data, and synchronize Markdown files to a folder authorized by the user. The extension does not read password-field content or analyze page body text for advertising or profiling.

4. Storage and transmission

Notes and settings are stored in browser-provided local extension storage by default. Data is written to another location only when the user exports it or authorizes a local folder. No account is required. The extension does not connect to a publisher-operated synchronization server and does not upload notes, page titles, URLs, or video timestamps to the publisher or a third party.

5. Sharing, sale, and advertising

The publisher does not sell, rent, or share user data and does not use it for advertising, credit decisions, or cross-site behavioral profiles. The extension includes no third-party advertising or analytics SDK.

6. Permissions

• storage saves notes and settings.
• unlimitedStorage reduces the risk that long-term rich-text notes cannot be saved because of a standard extension-storage quota.
• scripting loads only the extension's packaged floating-note script on a supported page following a user action when needed.
• <all_urls> makes the note available on regular websites and permits access to the current title, URL, and detectable video time when the user uses those features.

Browser security prevents the extension from running on edge:// pages, the extension store, the new tab page, and other protected pages.

7. User control and deletion

Users can delete notes, export the current note as Markdown, export a full JSON backup, or clear local data from the extension settings. Uninstalling normally removes browser-local extension data. Files previously exported or synchronized to a local folder are not automatically deleted and remain under the user's control.

8. Security and retention

Data is stored using browser-provided local storage and file-authorization mechanisms. It is retained until the user deletes it, clears extension data, or uninstalls the extension. Local files are also subject to the security of the user's device, operating-system account, and folder permissions.

9. Children's privacy

The extension is not specifically directed to children and does not request age or identity information.

10. Updates and contact
